Christmas is a wonderful time of the year … in fact, according to dozens of singers from Andy Williams to Kylie Minogue, Christmas is the MOST wonderful time of the year! But why? Well, for Christians Christmas signals three things:

Rescue: The Right Season

Paul is the text above says:

God’s time is always the right time and the world had been in a state of preparation every since the Fall of humanity recorded in Genesis 3.

Righteous: The Right Person

Christmas celebrates the “Incarnation” – this is the first part of the answer to all of the mans’ problems. God has come in the flesh – that’s what we mean by the term “incarnation”. Paul says:

God sent forth his Son,

To fix the problem of sin and death, God stepped into humanity, became a man and then ….

Redemption: The Right Reason

the Christmas story doesn’t finish with the shepherds and wise men around a cradle. The Christmas story finds it’s completion at the cross, where Jesus, Gomadede man, was executed for the sins of the world.

On 3rd, 10th and 17th December will be exploring these three themes as a Church. You are invited to come along and find out about story of Christmas. Click here for more details
